A little something about me and my crazy diet...I do not eat gluten (more on this later) and have now found the ULTIMATE bread alternative in Chebe Bread. Its chewy yet crunchy. Its fun to get creative with too (as one has to when most commercial breads are off limits). Examples? Chebizza (green olive and pepperoni,mmmm), Cheballs, and Chebe Joe's...

I've been gluten free (no wheat, oats, malt, barley) for over a year now and I'm still amazed how many things have flour in them. Twizzlers for god's sake...Where does flour come in there?!!?? And my favorite conditioner, no more. Can't have any wheat leakin' through me skull...arg.
